Juneteenth | June 19-21, 2025 |A National Assembly for Unity, Strategy, and Liberation
The State of the People National Assembly is the culmination of the State of the People Power Tour Part I, a nationwide mobilization rooted in community healing, civic action, and cultural power. The National Assembly is more than a capstone to the state of the People Power Tour- it is a declaration, a convening of visionaries, and a launchpad for the next era of collective Black power, healing, and action.
The National Assembly will be held on June 19-21, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland. Rooted in the spirit of Juneteenth-a day that honors delayed liberation while demanding full freedom-the National Assembly brings together organizers, cultural leaders, policy advocates, artists, and community members from across the country to co-create a vision for our future. It is a space where local struggles meet national strategy, and the energy sparked during the tour transforms into tangible, connected action.
