Justina “J” Johnson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Valkyrie Solutions, Inc., a business management consulting firm that equips women- and minority-owned small businesses with the tools, strategies, and confidence to compete — and win — in government contracting.
With more than twelve years of experience in the federal sector, J has led teams and organization-wide initiatives in business development, operations, proposal management, and organizational strategy.
She has supported companies through periods of growth, transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. J holds a certification in Capture and Proposal Management from Shipley, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and an Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington.
