I am a Maryland REALTOR, less than a year of experience, however it such a short time I have had 4 transactions. My organization name is 'Purnell Consulting LLC,' however my DBA for my Real Estate business is 'Minding My Real Estate.' My License is currently hung at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which is well known. I am a member of GCAAR (Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors ). NAR (National Association of Realtors) Certified 'Senior Real Estate Specialist.' I previously was a Transaction Coordinator, so I am skilled in that line of work as well, giving me the perfect balance of sales and coordination.
