UMMS Rehab and Trauma Unification (RATU)

Clark Construction and the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) are looking to assemble a team of project partners to deliver the fit-out and renovation of the Roslyn and Leonard Stoler Center for Advanced Medicine. 

The UMMS Rehab and Trauma Unification (RATU) project consists of an approximately 200,000-sf interior fit-out over five floors in two buildings on the existing University of Maryland Medical Center campus. Local, small, and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to attend.
